Helpful tip: count “outfit needs,” not hours
You’re counting how many times you need an outfit for that type of activity (not how long you’re doing it).

  • If “gym” and “walk the dog” are basically the same outfit for you, combine them.

  • If “work” clothes also double as daytime meetings or school events, count those in Work.

  • When in doubt, ask: “Would I wear the same outfit?” If yes, it’s the same category.
