When it’s going to be a hot one, many of us who don’t like the look of shorts, think to reach for our capris. The problem is that capri pants, even the cute ones, actually serve to shorten the length of your leg because it’s cutting you off at the calf. Let me suggest a better option: a long linen pant. No, not the ones with a huge flare that’s reminiscent of 70’s bellbottoms. Find a linen pant that is just a bit wider at the bottom to balance the hips.

All you really need to know is that linen pants are lightweight and cool.
